Valuations

As Chartered Surveyors, we undertake valuations for a wide range of lenders, including Lloyds TSB, Barclays Bank and Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society.

All valuations are carried out in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Appraisal and Valuation Manual. As you would expect, we hold comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance.
